  • How do I create a Premiere Service Solutions Account?

    When you book service an account is automatically created for you. Simply set up your account, choose your password, and you’re ready to go. Otherwise, you may create and log into your account at this link https://premiereservicesolutions.launch27.com/login.

  • Do you service my area?

    If you live in the Houston metropolitan area, we have you covered. This includes, but not limited to:

  • What is included in a standard cleaning?

    Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment.  Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc.  We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select service.

  • How much will it cost?

    Our price is based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. Visit our Booking Page, select the number and the price is shown instantly on the website.

  • Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

    We bring our own cleaning supplies. Please let us know if you have any special requests and we will do our best to accommodate you.  If you desire we use green products, please let us know at the time of booking so we can plan properly.

  • Can I request special tasks or extras?

    Of course you may! Simply respond to your confirmation email or log into your account and add any extras to your booking. You may also leave comments regarding your service.

PRICING & POLICIES

  • How can I view and/or use my Premiere Service Solution credits?

    You can view your Premiere Service credits by logging into your account.  You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You cannot apply your coupon to a past appointment that is already completed.

  • Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

    Yes, at the time of booking simply enter your coupon (giftcard) code into the field labeled “Discount Code.”  Your final price will automatically calculate and reflect your new coupon balance.  You can also log into your Premiere Solution Service account to see the balance on any of your giftcard(s).

  • Why are vouchers for first time customer only?

    The vouchers are Premiere Service Solutions’ gift for first time customers; however, we have plenty of incentives and discounts for our existing customers to take advantage of as a gift for your continued support.

  • Why do you need my credit card information to redeem a voucher?

    Your credit card information is needed in the event you desire extra services in excess of your voucher amount.

  • How do I redeem the voucher I purchased?

    At the time of booking, enter your voucher code into the field labeled “discount code” and the system will automatically apply the code to your service balance.

  • Can I trust my cleaning specialist?

    We take steps to vet our cleaners. All of our cleaning specialists are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check.

  • What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

    If something goes wrong we desire to make it right! Please contact us right away so that we may address your issue in a timely manner.

  • Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

    We have three levels of security in place. Firstly, our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security.  Finally, credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card).  Rest assured we take security extremely seriously.

  • Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

    Yes they do!  We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.

  • What is your refund policy?

    If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know right away. We’ll make a strong effort make it right.
