This option is reserved for homes that have not been cleaned by yourself or anyone else in 30 days or more days. This includes extra attention to bathrooms for tub, toilet, or excessive mold, mildew, soap scum or shower discoloration. This also includes homes with excessive pet hair. For homes with recent renovations, please select the post construction add-on.

Inside Windows Window seals and fixtures are included in our standard cleaning. If you add this service, we will clean all the interior glass for all windows in the home. Please indicate the number of windows. If you signed up for recurring cleanings, this added service is applied to your first cleaning. You can request to add it to future cleanings.
Inside 2 Story Windows/Blinds Window seals and fixtures are included in our standard cleaning. If you add this service, we will clean all the interior glass for 2-story windows in the home. Inside Refrigerator/Freezer Includes cleaning the inside of the freezer and refrigerator. Please be sure to empty and thaw out the freezer prior to the arrival of the Cleaning Specialist. Load/Fold Laundry Includes washing, drying and folding and is charged on a per load basis. Please indicate the number of loads at the time of booking. If you signed up for recurring cleanings, this added service is applied to your first cleaning. You can request to add it to future cleanings.
Kitchen Cabinets (inside) Please remove all items out of the cabinets prior to the arrival of the Cleaning Specialists. If you signed up for recurring cleanings, this added service is applied to your first cleaning. You can request to add it to future cleanings.
Extra Room Den, game room, study/library, etc. (any full rooms outside of bedrooms, bathrooms, dining room, living room, kitchen, and small laundry rooms).
Garage/Patio General cleaning of garage including sweeping of floor, wipe-down of windows, and cobweb removal. General cleaning of patio including sweeping and dusting of furniture. Please specify in the customer notes whether the garage and/or the patio needs cleaning.
I have Pets Pets living in the home require extra detail and time to clean.

Interior Walls Limited to the wipe down of interior walls to remove dust from post construction/remodel of homes. There is a fee of $15/1000 sq. ft. for homes greater than 3000 sq. ft.
Car Detailing Exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles at your home. Service includes: complete outside wash and hand dry; clean, degrease and dress tires/wheels; clean windows, vacuum seats, carpets and floor mats; wipe down all interior surfaces. Additional services available.
